


Coach Laursen to be inducted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame on June 14 at the Bijou Theatre in Knoxville, Tenn.

As Lin Laursen prepares to head out, her legacy keeps the accolades rolling in.

Last year Odessa claimed the National Championship, Central finished runner-up, Monroe, NY took fifth and College of Southern Idaho ranked #1 in 2005 when they were upset by Central for the National Championship. These are some of the best teams in the country.

News: The Central Arizona Women's Basketball Team lost to Odessa College in the National Championship Game in Salina, KS. Also, congrats to Coach Laursen for being named ACCAC Coach of the Year. Congrats to Heather Oliver and Sophia Lenard for being named to the All-Conference 1st Team and the All-Region 1st Team. Heather Oliver was also named ACCAC Freshman of the Year.
