All candidates for graduation must file an Application for Graduation with the Records Office by the deadline indicated in the Academic Calendar for that semester. Any application received after the deadline will be considered for the following cycle. Graduation cycles are May, August and December of each year.
There is no fee to graduate from CAC. If a student wishes to obtain an official diploma and/or certificate they will be charged a fee. Students may request a duplicate diploma and/or certificate for duplication charge. The diploma and/or certificate will be stamped 'Duplicate'. Refer to the tuition and fee schedule for current fees.
To ensure that students satisfy their graduation requirements, it is recommended that students file their application at least one semester prior to the start of their final semester. See Degree/Certificate of the academic catalog for specific graduation requirements.

Commencement is held each May for students that complete during the August, December and May graduation cycle. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for more specific dates. Students that are eligible for graduation will receive notification of ceremony participation approximately 5-6 weeks prior to the ceremony.
Please note: Due to construction on the Signal Peak campus, the May 2017 ceremony will be held at the Casa Grande Union High School, 2730 North Trekell Road, Casa Grande, AZ 85122. Additional information will be shared with eligible ceremony participants and the community shortly. Thank you for your understanding.
