Josh Spence was drafted by the Arizona Diamonbacks and Chandler Griffin was drafted by the Angels.  Congrats to both!

Josh Spence was named 1st Team NJCAA All-American.  He also received his second Rawlings Gold Glove Award.  Josh is also pitching for the NJCAA All-Stars this summer.  Christian Johnson also received a Rawlings Gold Glove Award this year.

Congrats to Xorge Carrillo, Jimmy Patterson, Christian Johnson, and Josh Spence who were named to the All-Tournament Team at the NJCAA World Series.  Jerry A'Hearn received the Dan Cummings Courage Award at the World Series.

Congrats to Kevin Lovelace who was named Region I Tournament MVP.  Congrats to Josh Spence who was named ACCAC Player of the Year for the second year in a row.  Congrats to Josh Spence, Tim Steggall, Christian Johnson, and Xorge Carrillo for being named to the ACCAC All Conference teams.

News: Congrats to current CAC Player Jimmy Patterson who was named 2007 High School Player of the Year by the Arizona Baseball Coaches Association.

Last Year Review: 
The CAC Baseball Team finished 43-21.  The 2007 team was Region 1 Champions and West District Runner Up.  The team finished two wins shy of going to the NJCAA World Series.  Congrats to Josh Spence who was named 1st Team All-American by Perfect Game, 3rd Team NJCAA All-American and NJCAA Rawlings Gold Glove winner.  Congrats to Joe Anson who was MVP of the Region 1 Playoffs.  Congrats to CAC Pitcher Josh Spence who was ACCAC Player of the Year.  Congrats to Ryan Pilgrim and Cade Thompson who were named to the 1st Team All-ACCAC.
