Central Arizona College's payment plan is administered by Higher One/Cashnet. To enroll in a payment plan, sign into Online Services at www.centralaz.edu, go to Your Account Information, and then click on Online Payments. Each semester there will be two different payment dates available to choose from, you may either choose a payment plan due date of the 10th of each month or the 20th of each month. Pick the plan that best meets your budget as the dates are not inter-changeable. The payment plan for each semester will become available in Online Payments on the first day of registration for that semester. The Summer I and Summer II semesters will offer as many as 3 payments over the plan depending when a student signs up for one of the plans offered. Both the Fall and Spring semesters will offer up to 4 payments spread over the course of the term. Students may enroll in automatic bill pay by using a credit card or checking account or opt to pay monthly as billed. Billing statements will be sent by email by HigherOne/Cashnet to the email account used when the payment plan was setup. This will usually be around 5 days before payments are due. Late payments will incur late fees. The current enrollment fee is a non-refundable $35.00 per term. Students must enroll in a new plan every term as the payment plans are term specific.
Please understand that by signing up for the payment plan you agree to abide by the terms of the agreement. Each student will be given one opportunity to re-enroll in a payment plan if terms are not met. After that students will no longer be able to utilize the payment plan and charges will be come due and payable at time of registration.
The student may also setup a parent/authorized user pin in the Online Payments section of their Student Account Information portion of their Online Services Account. Once setup, the parent/authorized user will be emailed a temporary password that can be used to sign-on to the authorized user portal and will enable the authorized user to setup a payment plan or make other payments on the student's behalf. Please note that the authorized parent/person will only be able to access your account information, they will not be able to view transcripts, grades or other personal information.
