Carol Bennett began working at Central Arizona College in the fall of 2007 as the Culinary Arts Coordinator/Preceptor. She brings with her many years of experience in the fields of culinary arts, food science, nutrition and dietetics, and education.

Carol in a native of New Jersey. Carol's previous work experience includes:  Nutrition Educator in the WIC Program with Health Departments in Minnesota and Arizona, Therapeutic Dietitian and a Nutrition Consultant for hospitals and physicians groups, adjunct faculty with Maricopa County Community Colleges teaching nutrition, culinary arts, and food science. She is the owner of Desert Gourmet Catering.

Carol and her husband have 3 children; enjoy travel, gardening, cooking, reading, and of course fine dining!
