Welding Certificate

Program Description

Our emphasis is hands-on welding, layout and fitting skills with both plate and pipe. We believe students need to know not only how welding processes work, but also why certain welding processes are used. Our program offers the practical application training and advanced technology that you need to succeed in your welding career. After completing CAC’s welding program, you will be equipped with entry-level skills to enter the profession as a welding technician.

Career Outlook

People possessing the right skills are in demand since many employers are reporting difficulty in finding qualified applicants. Many openings arise from workers retiring or leaving the occupation. Most welders are employed in the industries of manufacturing, services, construction or wholesale trade.
