John Deere Tech

Program Description

This two year program is sponsored by the John Deere AG and CCE (Consumer and Commercial Equipment) Company, John Deere equipment dealers, and Central Arizona College. The program is designed to upgrade the technical skills and professional development of new John Deere dealer service technicians. Students must first acquire a sponsoring John Deere dealer before applying to CAC. John Deere Tech students sign a contract and commit to working a minimum of two years for the sponsoring dealer. The college can assist you in finding a dealer and discuss tuition reimbursement and assistance.

Career Opportunities

Students gain valuable real-world experience by applying what they have learned working as paid interns at John Deere dealerships. The two year John Deere Tech program provides students with an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree and prepares students for future entry-level management positions at John Deere dealerships.
