Nominations accepted through Sept. 12 for 2013 Wall of Success induction ceremony

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. - Central Arizona College now is accepting nominations for the 2013 Extraordinary Alumni Achievement Award and enshrinement into the CAC Wall of Success.

The 2013 Wall of Success induction ceremony will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21, at the Don P. Pence Center for Visual & Performing Arts on the Signal Peak Campus.

The deadline to nominate CAC alumni for this honor is Thursday, Sept. 12. Anyone may nominate a candidate for induction and alums are encouraged to self-nominate.

The nomination process has been simplified this year. Anyone wishing to nominate a candidate should e-mail Tom Di Camillo (, executive director of public relations and the CAC Foundation, with the following information:

     • Name of candidate
     • Contact phone number
     • E-mail address

The Wall of Success committee will follow up to collect the required information that is used in the evaluation process. If the individual is deceased, then contact information for a relative or friend who could provide background on the candidate should be submitted.

The Extraordinary Alumni Achievement Award honors the success of Central Arizona College alumni. The first group of honorees was inducted during CAC's 40th Anniversary Celebration of the opening of the Signal Peak Campus on Nov. 14, 2009.
