Registration underway for CAC’s SMC Job & Career Expo

APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. - Central Arizona College is inviting organizations to participate in the 3rd Annual Job & Career Expo hosted by the institution's Superstition Mountain Campus on Thursday, Sept. 22, in Apache Junction, Ariz.
The expo will run from 12-5 p.m. and will provide organizations an opportunity to market their services and to provide employment information to a large consumer and employee base.
"The expo will be marketed heavily and will draw individuals from the surrounding communities, including enrolled CAC students, alumni and high school seniors," Ann Mitchell, who organizes the event, said. "Attendance is expected to increase significantly this year. We are encouraging employers to take advantage of this opportunity to market their company to a large consumer base and recruit candidates for full-time, part-time or seasonal positions that may be available."
Central Arizona College is offering this event as a service to the public. A nominal fee of $35 will be assessed to each for-profit exhibitor. The fee for government and non-profit organizations is $25. The deadline to register is Sept. 14.
Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, two chairs and a sumptuous variety of hors d'oeuvres and drinks for up to two representatives. A fee of $10 is required for each additional representative.
Space is limited to the first 40 paid exhibitors. Employers are encouraged to register quickly.
