CAC serving up How To Eat Like a Child (and Other Lessons in Not Being a Grown-Up) this spring

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. - Central Arizona College is now booking reservations for its Pinal County Tour of the acclaimed children’s musical How to Eat Like a Child.

The performances will be held during the spring 2011 semester at requesting venues throughout Pinal County and are available at no cost to schools.

How to Eat Like a Child takes guests through the highs and lows of being a kid. Twenty-two lessons are given in such subjects as How to Act after Being Sent to Your Room, How to Torture Your Sister, and How to Stay Home from School.

This multi-generational musical is geared toward the young - and the young at heart. With a cast of eight adults playing the four boys and four girls, the musical recently had its preview performances on the CAC Signal Peak Campus to enthusiastic audiences. Now the cast is ready to hit the Pinal County road.

If your school is looking for a one-hour musical for elementary-to-middle school students, or if you have a venue that is available to the community, please contact Stella Garcia by e-mail at stella.garcia@centralaz.edu, or by phone at 520-494-5204 for performance information. Performance opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
