Improve business documents using C.U.P.S. in the workplace

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – Central Arizona College’s Community Education program is offering a two-day communications seminar entitled C.U.P.S. in the Workplace that overflows with information on improving business documents and correspondence.
The class will be instructed by Sarah Hurley on Feb. 23 and March 2 from 6-8 p.m. at CAC’s Corporate Center. The cost of the class is $25.
The Corporate Center is located just west of I-10 at the Florence Boulevard interchange in Casa Grande, Ariz.
The seminar will feature a study of formal language usage in business documents including a brush-up on basic English grammar and punctuation skills or C.U.P.S (Capitals, Understanding, Punctuation & Spelling).
Hurley is an educator with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts (humanities) from Bryan College and a master’s degree in collaborative planning and teaching from Florida Southern College.
In addition to several years as an educator of language arts, math, social studies and science, Hurley has taught English as a second language.
