APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. - Respected audiologist Dr. Gabrielle Sadowsky will serve as instructor during All About Hearing, a class offered through Central Arizona College's Lifelong Learners program.
The three-day class will be held at CAC's Superstition Mountain Campus on three consecutive Thursdays starting Feb. 17 through Mar. 3 from 1-3 p.m. There is no charge for C.A.L.L. members and a $20 tuition fee for non-members.
This class will introduce its attendees to the study of the auditory system, causes of hearing loss, and ways of coping with hearing loss. Students also will learn about hearing healthcare professionals, and what they can and cannot do.

Participants also will learn about what comprises a hearing-aid candidate, what an audiogram reveals, what kind of hearing aids are available, and what type of results you can expect from them.
