You Can "Get It"!
Get It is a new online work order request program designed to allow individuals to submit and track their requests for Maintenance, Grounds, and Custodial Services.
This program is not intended for emergency requests. Emergency requests should be telephone to Physical Plant during normal working hours at 494-5460. Emergency requests during nights and weekends should be called in to Campus Police at 836-9655.
To submit a non-emergency work request:
- Go to http://workorder.centralaz.edu in your web browser. You may wish to save as a favorite or create a desktop icon for easy return visits to the site.
- Login to Get It! with your Personal ID & Password. You are currently set up with your Banner login ID as your Login and 12345 as your password. Once logged in you can establish a secure password in the Account Management section.
- Select the category and then the sub-category of service you need.
- Fill in the request form and submit.
- You will receive a Work Order Number via Email to verify you work request has been processed.
